Update: Victory it is Smiley

Just calling the engine the "OpenWar Java 2D Game Engine" isn't really fancy eh  Roll Eyes so let's try to come up with a name here

Ideas:
Victory
This was an idea for the name of the whole project, but OpenWar won Tongue Anyway, it sounds cool to say "I made this game on the Victory engine".

Vicious
Destruction
Construction
Commander
MAGE: Multiplatform Adaptable Game Engine

Anyway Vicious, Destruction and Construction rae not good at all, Commander is better than those, but Victory and MAGE sound better.

I think the best of those is MAGE - it's a good name but it also gives an idea as to the purpose of the engine. What platforms is this engine being made for?

It's made in Java, so it will work on all platforms that support it

Although in the end we will probably need libraries that limit the platforms to Windows, Mac and Linux

Anyway, welcome to the forum. Would you care to write a small post in the introduction forum?
